All I Want Is YOU - Easterseals Leaders

I created and produced All I Want Is YOU as part of Easterseals’ holiday campaign, designed to inspire tangible actions for equity, access, and inclusion. From concept to execution, I developed the idea for this series to amplify the voices of Easterseals leaders across the country. Through thoughtful interviews, I asked each leader to share their vision for promoting disability inclusion in their communities, culminating in personal calls to action that challenge viewers to break down barriers and foster belonging.

This project showcases my expertise in storytelling, content strategy, and video production. From shaping the campaign’s message to overseeing the creative process, I ensured the series delivered powerful, actionable content. The result? A compelling campaign that connects emotionally with audiences while advancing a critical mission.

Understanding Autistic Traits (7 video series)

As part of Easterseals' 2024 Autism Acceptance Campaign, I developed and produced Understanding Autistic Traits, an educational series designed to foster a deeper understanding of autism among the general public.

This series breaks down essential autism terminology, making it accessible and relatable. I spearheaded the project, from concept creation to video production, conducting insightful interviews with autism subject matter experts and Autistic advocates to provide authentic perspectives throughout the series.

Employment Inclusion with Easterseals (3 video series)

In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), I produced Employment Inclusion with Easterseals, a series dedicated to showcasing the vital role Easterseals Affiliates play in supporting disabled individuals as they prepare for, secure, and advance in their careers.

This series features interviews I conducted with Easterseals leaders and experts who share perspectives on the challenges disabled individuals encounter in the workplace and the significance of Disability Employment Awareness. Together, we delve into what equity, access, and inclusion mean in professional settings and demonstrate how inclusive hiring practices empower disabled employees while driving better business outcomes.
